Speakers:

Harry Gilligan has parlayed his 20+ years of consulting experience, specific to leadership and management issues, into a business that helps people and their organizations connect with the best that is within them in order to achieve world-class results.  As President of Harry Gilligan & Associates, a management consulting and business development firm based in Wilbraham MA, Harry focuses on (1) improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency; (2) maximizing the potential of the organization's most important asset - human capital; and (3) developing systems for continuous improvement that enable organizations to achieve world-class results. 

Working with an array of private, public and non-profit organizations, Harry is well versed in issues regarding culture and change. He is also a certified professional behavioral analyst and has received certification from the Covey Leadership Center, Target Training International and Brian Tracey International. He has partnered with Boston University’s Sargent Camp, an experiential education facility in southern New Hampshire.   

A graduate of the University of Colorado, with a master’s degree in communication from Michigan State University, Harry is also a powerful speaker. He holds executive briefings on topics of critical importance to business owners, and addresses thousands of men and women each year at seminars and conventions covering a wide range of professional development topics. 

   William T. Hanley personifies the entrepreneurial spirit.  Currently President and owner of Millitech, LLC (Northampton, MA), he was formerly Executive Vice-President/Director of the Hanson Group, Ltd. (Ludlow, MA) and President/CEO of Galileo Corporation (Sturbridge, MA).  Prior experience included management positions with Times Fiber Communications, Inc. (Wallingford, CT) and Corning, Inc. (Corning, NY). He is also co-founder of the Center for Advanced Fiberoptic Applications (CAFA). 

 During his sixteen years with Galileo, Bill developed the strategy and led the conversion of Galileo’s business base from 85 percent military to 95 percent commercial. As a recognized leader in defense-to-commercial conversion, he appeared on several national television and media programs, including CNN Business Day and the MacNeil/Lehrer Business Hour.  Bill was named one of the five most influential business people in Central Massachusetts and received the Worcester Business Journal’s Business Leader of the Year award in 1994. 

 In addition to his responsibilities at Millitech, he is a business consultant to other entrepreneurs and a member of Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards for companies in Central Massachusetts.  Bill has a BS degree in Glass Science from Alfred University, Alfred NY and graduated with distinction from Corning Community College, Corning NY.
